Our Staff


	A. Fred Renfro Jr., D.D.S. Dr. Renfro’s love for Wise County, Texas began when his family moved to Decatur in 1966 where he completed junior and high school. Interest in science and people led him to a career in dentistry. Upon graduation from the University of Texas at Austin, and then Baylor College of Dentistry in 1980, he began his General Dentistry career in Decatur, Texas. A continuing desire to serve his patients with the best possible techniques, equipment and supplies has led him to attend various seminars and join the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Pankey Institute for advanced dental education and the Ft. Worth District Dental Society. He was awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in recognition of completion of approved continuing education requirements in all areas of dentistry. He and his wife Cheryl enjoy spending time with their four children and keeping involved in Wise County. His additional passions are golf and riding his Harley.
	Chadwick M. Lindt Dr. Lindt and his wife were familiar with Wise County and moved here as quickly as possible. Both he and his wife Suzanne are native Texans from New Braunfels. Dr. Lindt received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston. Dr. Lindt’s love for the dental profession & quest for continuing education has led him to join several professional society memberships: Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, ADPAC, and he plans on transferring his membership from Greater Houston Dental Society to Ft. Worth District Dental Society. He also finds time to spend time with his two young children Annika and Andrew and looks forward to them joining him while he pursues his hobbies of hunting, fishing and scuba diving. Dr. Lindt and his wife Suzanne, look forward to settling in to Wise County and becoming a part of the community.
	Holly Knox - RDH, Registered Dental Hygienist Holly’s commitment to providing the gentlest, yet thorough oral hygiene is evident in the accolades of praise received from our patients. She eagerly attends continuing education functions to assure she has the latest information for you. Ask her a dental hygiene question and she’ll do her best to give you the most updated information.
	Romy Martinez - RDA, Customer Service Specialist Romy joined the Excellent Dental team in 2001 and immediately put her organizational and customer service skills to work. She's the friendly face that greets you and expertly handles your treatment and financial questions. Romy can assist with all aspects of excellent customer service to help make your dental experience the best you’ve ever experienced.
	Abbey Esquivel - Scheduling Coordinator, Customer Service Specialist Abbey's extensive customer service experience from large hotel and banking operations made her a perfect fit for the Excellent Dental team. She's calm, thorough and strives to make all dental experiences as smooth as possible. She's the cheerful voice on the phone to help you schedule all your dental needs and find answers to your questions.
	Maribel Pannell - RDA, Clinical Assistant Maribel has been providing clinical assistance and quality care to the patients of Excellent Dental PC since 2001. Her experience and attention to customer service make her a valuable asset to the team. Maribel is always looking for ways of improving your dental experience.
	Cheyenne Johnson - RDA, Clinical Assistant Cheyenne's desire of interaction with people and helping folks achieve optimum dental health led her to the dental field. Her enthusiasm and dedication bring a lot of energy to the Excellent Dental team and help make your dental appointment an excellent experience.
	Cheryl Renfro - Business Administrator Since 1992 Cheryl has applied her banking operations background to managing the personnel, marketing and operations of Excellent Dental PC. Cheryl’s goal is to provide an office atmosphere that allows and encourages team members to apply all aspects of Excellent Dentals mission statement.
